For your consideration…
Karma…we all know what it is. Probably most of us believe in it. Yet, most of us do not give it a lot of thought as we move through our daily lives.
What is the saying, “What goes around, comes around?” Yes, that is karma. The energy we are exuding is what is gathering to come back to us.
There is a lot of rhetoric surrounding us every day. Before we engage, we are asked to consider to what degree it is true. And to remember, karma. What is going to come back to us.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Remember….karma. It works for us or against us, our choice.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-Mojdeh came and we went to Karl’s Cabin for lunch.
-Catching up with Alex.
-A good book.
