Your Natural Stoic Joy — Tom Morris

For your consideration…

Our messages tell us that Joy is not supposed to be occasional. We are meant to be in a perpetual state of Joy. That should be our goal.

Does it slip away from us sometimes? Does life interfere and rip us out of it? Sure. But if we know what our Joy feels like, then we can easily get back to it.

So there are two key parts to today’s message. Know how our Joy feels and how to access it. Know that we are meant to be in a perpetual state of Joy.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Seek your Joy.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-My sister came for the night.

-We met Julie, Betsy, Kay and Vicki at the Sidetrack and celebrated Vicki’s birthday.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
