Indifference

For your consideration…

I am not sure we have ever had a message about indifference. I confess I had to think about it for a while.

Why isn’t love the opposite of indifference and not hatred? The answer is the focus of the energy. Hatred is singularly focused. Love is expansive as is an individual’s indifference.

When we are indifferent, our focus is on ourselves rather than the vastness of what lies beyond. When energy comes from love, it expands from us into the Universe. When we are indifferent, most of our love energy remains within us, and a very small amount is directed out into the Universe.

This is a massive difference. We have a choice. We always have a choice. What impact do we want to have on the Universe, depends on the choices we make, the attitudes we hold, and the steps we decide to take.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 1 0 deep breaths.

-Make sure the choices we make are ones that we want to live with.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Catching up with Beth and Jackie.

-A fun cooking class. It was all about desserts. How could it not be fun?

-I spent the night at Alex’s.
