For your consideration…

Every day there is a section of this blog entitled, “What made me smile yesterday.” Almost all of the time, I list what would be considered mundane things. This is on purpose. We are blessed with countless blessings every day and gratitude is key to keep them coming.

Today’s message came in via the old George Gershwin song, “I Got Rhythm.” It is long, so I will include the link. We are asked to notice that most everything in this song we are also blessed with.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever  you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Count our blessings.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Catching up with my sister.

-Baked a cake.

-Cooking class was fun and delicious.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
