For your consideration…

You know it. You know when you are in sync and when you are not. For example, you know when you swing a golf club and strike the ball whether it was smooth and accurate or not. Whether swinging a club or bat or throwing a ball, there are times when you just feel the natural effortless action versus when it is not. We tried to hard or pulled a shot, etc.

Life is just like those examples. We know when we are going with the flow of our life, flowing effortlessly in the Universe. and we know when we are not. Too often we try too hard. We over think. We ignore what is put in front of us determined that we know better, that our plan is better and we will carry it out come hell or high water.

When we feel stress, we know we are either going against the natural flow of our life in the Universe OR we are lacking faith that our Guidance is steering us in the right direction. Either and/or both of these scenarios is bad for us. Stress is bad for us.

We are asked to let go and let God. Trust that all will be exactly as it is supposed to be.

Consider these Dr. Wayne Dyer words. “When you adhere to the Way, your actions become those of nature, your ways those of heaven.” We recognize this path because we feel no stress and we feel at peace.

And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Better yet do these things while out in nature.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-One more chemo down for Mary.

-Met with realtors and am getting ready to list my house and move. It is time.

-Landscaping is done for the spring.

-Lawn moved.

-Garden planted.

Dianne, Gary and I went to bingo at the Moose. I won $51. Dianne won a $50 pot and then won the jackpot for $481. I’d say that was a good night out.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,
