For your consideration…
Our message today is simple. If you know you will miss someone when they are gone…or…they will miss you when you are gone, then make sure you don’t leave anything undone. Make sure that your love is known and felt. Make sure that the words that matter are said. Do these things each and every time you communicate with them.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness not only for yourself but others as well.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Say and do what needs to be done with those you love.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-Cleaned my car.
-Caught up with Julie and Lori
-A good book.
