For your consideration…

Anger in today’s message is described as heat in the brain. That is not to say that it can not affect us emotionally. It does but it starts in the brain.

We are made aware of this today so that we are aware and we address it and release it before it affects our emotional state and ultimately our Spirit.

It is important that we do this.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meitate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Let go of anger.

 

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Catching up with Lori, Shannon, Alex, and Jody.

-Lots of rest.

-A good book.
