For your consideration…

Habits, like most things, can be good or not so good. We all have habits, and it is up to us to decide which ones they are. I think most of us already know which category our habits fall into.

We are asked to pause and consider making adjustments where necessary.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness. This is important. You are important.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Review your habits.

 

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-A fun trip to Eastern Market with Susan.

-A great lunch and painting rocks afternoon with Jul, Vicki, and Kay.

-A good book.

-Catching up with Alex and Cathy.
