For your consideration…

Sometimes we associate being picky with being snobbish. Sometimes it is. Sometimes being picky is being discriminatory. It all depends on our intention and sincerity.

We have a responsibility to ourselves and our life purpose to surround ourselves with people, things, and actions that mesh with our spirit. We need them to help us fulfill our life purpose. Those that do not mesh are a disruption. They distract us. They throw us off track.

Our message today tells us to be picky and do what is right for our health, welfare, and growth.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Be picky.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-A fun card making class.

-Spending time with Janet.

-Catching up with Alex, Mary, and Lori.

-A good book.

-Dinner with Lisa.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
