For your consideration…

Today is the beginning of Holy Week for Christians. When our message came in, I questioned that it was more appropriate for Easter Sunday. But I was assured it was for today for a reason.

Our life is a journey. We did not get where we are in a day, week, month, year. No, it has taken years of all of those days, weeks, months, and years. Each one filled with moments of decisions, actions, words, emotions, etc. We are a work in progress. We get lots of messages about letting go of regrets yet many of us still harbor them. Mostly we let go of the little things but hang on to the “big” regrets. The bigger they are, the harder we hang on to them.

Our message today reminds us that your God does not see big or small. They see the Spirit behind all. While it takes a lifetime to get to where we are at, redemption takes a blink of an eye…a moment. Nothing is too big or too small for immediate redemption when we have a sincere Spirit.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…you are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Let go of regrets, sins, and be joyous.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Catching up with Mary, Cathy, Mary, Beth, and Lori.

-A good book.

-Some cards made.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
