For your consideration…

Attitude makes all of the difference. It is easy to see it in other people. Perhaps not so much for ourselves.

We have a choice. We can choose a positive versus negative attitude. We can decide we can versus we can”t. We can decide life is good or it isn’t. We can decide something is too hard of doable. We can decide we are victims or survivors. We can decide we are good and valuable or not. We can decide to reach out or not.

You get the picture. We can choose to be that uplifting person that benefits not only ourselves but others as well. Each moment in time we have a choice. We are asked to choose wisely and be the help the world needs.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is the next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Be the “half full’ person.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Shopping and lunch in Westcliff.

-Catching up with Alex and James.

-Drinks with new friends.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
