For your consideration…

As the saying goes, “Don’t throw out the baby with the bath water.” We have had a lot of messages of late about getting rid of what we don’t need, creating space.

Today’s message tells us that just because we get rid of something, we do not have to start all over. It is not an all or nothing thing. It rarely is. We simply need to evaluate and get rid of the “parts” that no longer serve us.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…I am loved.

-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Be sensible on what you keep and what you throw out.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Catching up with Mary and Jackie.

-Spending some time with James, Conner, and Owen when I dropped Louie off.

-Jul and I went to dinner.

-Then home to finish packing.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,’
