For your consideration…

When I got today’s message, I immediately thought about my mother. She had leukemia and was determined to fight it. This was good. She was very successful at it. But I remember a conversation we had about passing on. She told me she wanted to believe but she was afraid that if she “accepted” and started considering life after death, then it would be a sign that she was giving up.

Our message today is to tell us that acceptance is not giving up. It is the first step towards dealing with the circumstances. It is not shameful. It is bravery. It is trusting God, your Guidance, and the Universe. It is Faith in action. Acceptance is the first step in readying ourselves for what we can do. It is opening ourselves up to seeing the solutions, help, next steps, etc. put in front of us.

Acceptance is good. It is facing reality with Faith.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Accept.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A rainy day is great for my garden.

-Found a painter.

-Catching up with Alex, Jody, Pam, Cathy, and Lisa.

-Dinner with DKG.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
