For your consideration…

We often hear sayings about guarding our heart or protecting it. For sure we need to be have filters and be discerning. But our message today cautions us not to close it off.   Our heart is meant to be full. A full heart leads to a full life. The thing is we can not fill our hearts by ourselves.

Our hearts receive by giving and by giving we receive. Both, in equal measure, add to the HOPE, love, and joy in our hearts.

Do open hearts lead to disappointment and pain sometimes? For sure, but the rewards far outweigh the gain.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Affirm…“I am loved.

-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Keep an open heart.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-A lot more unpacking. You will soon be sick of me writing it but I am making great progress.

-A beautiful text message from my friend, Judy.

-Water softener and new water tank are installed. I am go to go with a hot shower.

-Catching up with both my girls.

Love, blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
