Black Obsidian Gem Crystal Meaning Card Poster
For your consideration…
Today I was shown two things for our message. The first was a black obsidian stone. The second was a bit of wheat. We will get into what these can mean, but first, this message reminds us that we are surrounded by things in Mother Nature that can help us. Tools to help guide us, help us to see more clearly, help us heal body, mind and spirit, help grab our attention, answer our questions, etc. Today it is the black obsidian and straw. Tomorrow it may be a bird at your door, a feather finds its way to you, a flock of geese block the road, etc. We are constantly given signs to help us.
First, what does the wheat mean? When we see grains, they represent seeds we have sown, work we have done being harvested. That’s going to mean something different to each of us today.
Stones and crystals carry energy. The energy varies with the stone. Today we received the black obsidian. The mantra in the above picture is perfect for this stone because this stone’s energy is psychic protection, grounding, cleansing negative energy, and helping with spirit communication.
That is some heavy-duty power that this stone has. Again, depending on what is going on in our lives, depends on why this stone showed up for you.
However, right now all of us are experiencing the energy of the moon phases and eclipses. This is a time for releasing the old and any negative energy that we are carrying. It is a time to get grounded in our truth and the “new” that awaits us.
That is theĀ HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Use the tools Mother Nature provides us.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-Under this important moon of releasing, my brother made his journey to the other side. His great joy is our sweet sorrow. Godspeed, Brother, please visit us soon.
-Bible study.
-Catching up with my sister who stayed with our brother until the end.
-Shannon and I went to dinner before we joined Kay and Vicki for a wonderful candlelight concert celebrating the music of Fleetwood Mac.
Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,
Rev. Chris
