For your consideration…

At first thought, we might think how is this true? How could too much praise be bad? Then we stop and think. Hmmm, it is like the little boy who cried wolf. If you do it too often, and it isn’t true, people will stop listening to you. They won’t hear you when it is really true.

Praise just for the sake of praising, has no meaning. Praise should be reserved for when it is well deserved and is given with sincerity.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Praise when praise is due.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Another beautiful day.

-Catching up with both my girls.

-A great cooking class.

-A good mystery.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
