For your consideration……
In birth, in death and all of the in between, we are always connected to our God, our Guidance, the Universe and each other. Perhaps we don’t think much about that. Or perhaps we do and realize all that we don’t remember or understand. We are reminded today that we are forever learners and teachers.
One of the ways we learn and are guided is through our dreams. Sleep is more than just down and rest time. It is a time when our ego is disengaged and we are open and ready for the insight and direction our Guidance needs for us to have.
In our dreams we are learners. We can toss away our skepticism, roadblocks and limitations to see all the possibilities and feel our own strength. Or if we can not, it is a place where our Guidance can work on our healing so that we can get back to our true self.
Today we are reminded that our dreams are very very important and that we should pay attention to them and analyze them.
How? First remind yourself before you go to sleep that you want to and will remember your dreams. Keep a dream journal next to your bed. As soon as you wake, either in the middle of the night or when you wake, write down all that you remember. Don’t worry or judgeif you can not remember the whole thing. Whatever you get even if it is a few words or parts is enough. Look up the words you remember in The Dream Book by Betty Bethards.
Yes, I know that is very specific. I have many dream books, but honestly, this is the only one that I always use. It is tried and true. It never lets me down. I have given this book to my own daughters and away as gifts many many times. If you don’t have it, I strongly urge you to get it. Under References/books on my website page you will find a link for the book.
In our dreams we do soul work. We are fixed and repaired, inspired, schooled and made ready for the world. Be excited for your dreams and pay attention to them. There is no better education system anywhere.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate/pray….ask….”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Record your dreams.
What made me smile yesterday……
-A day off.
-Sunshine.
-Talking with Shannon.
-Remembering my conversation with Yvette.
-Having my akashic records read.
Love, Blessings and Gratitude,
Rev. Chris
