For your consideration….
I always say I never know what message is going to show up. Today I just had to laugh. Crabs. Really? So what is this all about?
Crabs cast off their old shells for new. Their shells are their protection.There is a cycle pattern to their life.
And so we are reminded today of the cycle of life, all life, most especially our own. We are asked to assess where we are. Cast off what we do not need so we can make room for what we do.
Because if we do not cast off what we no longer need we will become “hoarders”. We will get buried in the “garbage” we have let into our life. Remember, “one man’s garbage is another man’s treasure.” By casting out what no longer serves us, physical and emotional, everyone wins.
So put your problems to the curb with your other trash. Fall has begun. This is a new season. This is a new day. Look with fresh eyes. That is the HOPE.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate. Do I dare mention once in the morning and once at night?
-Drink lots of water.
-Take in at least 10 deep breaths outdoors.
-As soon as that problem or negative thought (or energy) comes your way, stop it at the door and discard it. Remind yourself you are interested in solutions and ask they be delivered. Anything negative, turn away. If you don’t have a solution, make one up. Make up a dream on how you will feel when the problem is all resolved. Positive attracts positive. Negative attracts negative.
What made me smile yesterday……
-I volunteered out at our sportsmen club. There are always lots of laughs even if they aren’t intended.
-A rainy gloomy day turned out to be beautiful.
-Bruce and I went out to dinner. It was unexpected but welcomed.
-Shannon is back to work and no worse for wear.
-Alex is back at the Yoga she loves so much.
-An early bedtime. The dream state is one of natural healing. As we have been talking about cycles, I am feeling a lot of healing energy work being done in my dream state right now. It feels wonderful.
