For your consideration..
I love it. Today’s message came in via a dream. It is short and to the point.
It is easy to just give “lip service.” Sometimes it is easier to say what we know people want to hear versus say the truth as we know and feel it.
We are told today that every time we do not speak the truth from our authentic self, we lose an opportunity. We steal from the moment. We rob it from being all that it can be.
We are asked today to speak our authentic truth.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Speak our truth.
What made me smile yesterday…
-Mindfulness.
-Getting Bruce’s tasks done.
-Finishing a good book.
-Catching up with Alex and Jody.
