For your consideration…

Life is full of challenges; Learning new things…difficulties with work, people, relationships…understanding new concepts, points of view, technology…physical challenges…time constraints…life chances like job choice, moving, marriage, divorce…competitions…death…parenthood etc.

Every day has the potential for challenges. So what do we think about that? Is our first thought, “Ugh? ” Or is it, “Ho hum?” Or is it, “Bring it on!”

How we answer the question, is a reflection of our attitude. We are reminded today that our attitude creates the energy of our intention.

We are reminded that challenges are nothing more than opportunities to learn, achieve and experience. No matter how we meet the challenge, we grow and are better prepared for the next one.

Every challenge put in our path will help us in the future on our path to fulfilling our life purpose. Consider throwing frustration and fear aside and be determined and excited.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Meet challenges full of HOPE and confidence.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A chill day in the mountains.

-Playing cards with Jody and Dianne.

-Catching up with Alex.

-A new book.

-A great night’s sleep.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
