For your consideration…

Today we are asked to pause and think about all that we have; people, stuff, experiences, work, play, Mother Earth, food, shelter, health, blessings, memories, love, HOPE, joy and laughter etc.

Right now…today…think about all of the above that we have. Pause and think about our life would be like if we didn’t. What if we lost our memories? What if we couldn’t remember how to use our experiences? What if we didn’t have or could no longer do our job? What if we didn’t have food and shelter?

We are reminded that a little bit of gratitude goes a long way. Celebrate all that we have and all that we are.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Be grateful.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day with rain at night.

-A good book. I’m almost done with a series.

-A good start on a project.

-And a start on the planning of several others.
