For your consideration…

I need to make sure to acknowledge the tone of today’s message. It is light-hearted…teasing like. We are given the example of an errant child wandering off with no real direction. Would we let them go unchecked? Of course not. So too we should not let our mind wander off unchecked. Remember, “Energy flows where attention goes.”

Yikes, that can be really good or really bad. Thus we are reminded to be aware of those run away thoughts.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray….ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Be in control of your run away brain.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A very productive morning; dentist appointment, taxes picked up, nails done and lunch with my friend, Jennifer.

-Leftovers.

-A good book.

-My brother and I went to my grandson, AJ’s, lacrosse game. It was so cold but it was a great game.
