Time

For  your consideration…

Wow, this is the second message about time this week. I’m told this is because so many of us are fixated on time.

Remember earlier this week we talked about time as nothing but a tool because too often we become slaves to it. We become judgmental about ourselves and others on how they handle time.

The real value of time is that it is a beginning and an end in every fraction of a moment linking the past, present and future. Time is not the value add to a moment just the connector. We are asked today to focus on the “value add” of the moment in time and not on time itself.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Focus on the value of the moment.

What made me smile yesterday…

-It was supposed to rain all day but we had plenty of sunshine.

-Bruce was much better today.

-Ahhh….my own car is fixed and I have it home. I admit it. I like the amenities.

-Catching us with Ken.

-New couch or upholster the one I have and love? I finally got to stop by a upholstery shop. Sadly I will have to get a new one. upholstering my old one is just too cost prohibitive.
