For your consideration…
I have to laugh at how messages come through sometimes. Today was through a love song, “Just One Look.” The beginning line is “Just one look and I fell so hard in love with you.”
Certainly today’s message can be about love at first sight but it is about more. It is about that instant impression…that instant knowing. It can be about people, places, things, situations etc.
It is funny how everyone accepts the animal instinct. We accept that animals follow their natural instincts. It is how they survive. Yet, we doubt those same instincts in human beings. We overrule them. We discount them. We don’t put them first.
Our message today tells us to always follow our gut feeling. It is our knowing. It is a gift given to us to protect us.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Hone our knowing skills, following our instincts.
What made me smile yesterday…
-Bruce’s surgery went well.
-Shannon took the day off and sat with Bruce from 5:00 am.
-Mary and Don sat at the house for the new bed delivery.
-All is well. Lots of good friends and family with good wishes.
