For your consideration……
Today the message came through so easily and so clear. We often wonder and even struggle’s with the “why’s”. We begin asking that question almost as soon as we can talk. While we are more sophisticated about asking “why” when we are older, let’s be real, it is the same question we asked as children.
Why did this happen? Why did it happen to me? Why am I here? Why is that important? Why do I have to know this? Why am I doing this? Why do I have to do this? On and on and on it goes.
The answer to each of those questions is this. We need it. It is a thought and action creating a necessary thread we need woven into our life’s fabric. We need it to move forward. We may learn the specifics of why it is necessary. We may never know. But it is necessary none the less.
We are constantly growing and weaving our life’s fabric whether we are aware of it or not. Every detail of our life is recorded there woven into what will eventually be our life’s work and our contribution to the quilt of the world. You matter. Every tiny thread of your life’s fabric is necessary. It is the HOPE that you know that.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate
-Journal those thoughts that randomly keep popping into your head.
-Want to have some fun? Get out a piece of paper and pencil. Close your eyes and randomly write down any thoughts or words that pop into your head. They are clues.
-Drink lots of water.
-If you are not in the line of Hurricane Irene, you are lucky. Rejoice out doors. If you are in her line, take cover and stay safe. I send you my love and blessings.
What made me smile yesterday….
-A trip to show my friend, Jody, the cottage.
-A great lazy day road trip.
-All of the old cars at car night in Depot Town. What beauties! What dedication! What a nice stroll viewing them!
