Initially I thought this was a message for me. Yesterday was tough when it came to trying to get things done. So when I was being reminded to ask for support because of all of my frustration, I was not surprised. But then I was reminded of two more things that made me realize it was a message for everyone. The first being we are still in Mercury Retrograde. All communication is tough right now for everyone. The second reminder was that today is the 24th represented by the number 6, the guidance number.
Yes, this is a time for self-reflection but we still must move through our day-to-day lives. And that can be tough right now. So we are reminded to simply ask for help and support. Ask for guidance. As always it is right there waiting for our call.
Frustration does nothing but add further stress to our lives. Consider that the better answer is to throw up our hands in surrender and ask the Universe to handle it. Then simply let go of the outcome, be open with all of your senses and wait for the answer to show up. That works for me. I HOPE it works for you.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take…….
-Meditate. Be still. Surrender.
-Drink lots of water.
-Journal all you are grateful for. If you don’t have a journal, write them on scrap pieces of paper and start collecting them in a box or basket.
-Learn something new. Step out of your comfort zone.
What made me smile yesterday……
-Alex. She overslept. She thinks it is because she wanted to finish her dream. While oversleeping can add havoc to our lives. That is the best reason I have ever heard for doing it.
-I picked up my $7.95 sofa and the move was uneventful.
-I overdrew my checking account. The good news is, I found out by accident so I could fix it.
-A fabulous thunder-storm making lots of noise, beautiful light and sweet smells while I fell asleep. The Universe in all of her magnificent finishing our day.
