For your consideration…

I love quotes by Lao Tzu. Today’s message has two parts.

First, fear is an illusion. It is a moment whose aftershocks continue for as long as we let them. The illusion is from judgment and and the ego’s imagination of what might be. It is a conjured picture that we give our energy and power to.

Reality is fear is nothing more than a warning to pause and take appropriate action if necessary. That is the second part of the message. Deal with fear in the moment and head on. If we let it continue we create a false reality. We block opportunity, joy, HOPE and love.

Be brave, have faith and meet your fear head-on.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece, by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Meet fear head-on release it.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Lots of tasks done.

-Just when I was thinking, “Where are those Christmas lists.” I got them and started fulfilling them. Ahhh, Christmas shopping will be done by Thanksgiving afterall.

-A good book.

-Catching up with Cathy and lot of laughs.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
