“Dreaming in Color” by Josephine Wall

For your consideration…

This message is for many of us including me. We are reminded to pay attention to our dreams. Many of us, me included, know we have had a dream but do not remember it. We are reminded to make a conscious effort to turn that around.

When we are sleeping, our Guidance has an unobstructed channel to our authentic self. It uses this time to help and guide us, comfort us, cheer us on etc. It is important that we try to remember them so we can get the full benefit of them.

So how do we remember them? We can set ourselves up for success. Put a pen and journal next to our bed to capture them as soon as we wake up. It is also important that we tell ourselves, program ourselves, say to ourselves, affirm…”I will remember my dreams.”

As soon as we wake, we should write down anything that we remember from our dream. Don’t judge. If we don’t remember all of it, jot down what you do even if it is key words. That is enough. Then analyze them. I have said before, you can click on the reference link in this blog, the very best and easiest book for dream analyzing is The Dream Book by Betty Bethards. I have used this book for years and given it as gifts many times.

Our dreams our tools that help us navigate through life. It makes sense that we try to capture them.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Analyze our dreams.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Sooo much recess fun during a snow storm.

-Catching up with Alex.

-Shannon, Alex and I have a plan for the day after Thanksgiving. Sooo excited.

-An early bedtime.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
