H.E.L.P (Healing Energy in Loving Partnership)

For your consideration……

I think I have may have written about help before. But for whatever the reason we are being asked to consider it again today.  We are being asked to look at it for what it is in its most basic elements.When we help we give and receive healing energy in a loving partnership. Yes, when we help, we give and receive healing energy because it involves another person or thing.

Remember there is no judgement. Whether the help is enormous or miniscule, it is of equal measure. Most of us do not consider the little things we do to offer help as important. But they are every bit as important.

Help comes from our core authentic self. Sometimes consciously. Sometimes not. Again, it makes no difference because it comes from our loving place. And whether our help was received positively or not, we received the loving energy ourselves because that is what we attached our energy to. And that is what comes back to us.

When we make a commitment to help:

All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occurred.

A whole stream of events issues from the decision,

raising in one’s favour all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings,

and material assistance,

which no man could have dreamed would have come his way.

More simply put, we can’t know or see the chain of events that begin from the moment we decide to give or receive help. Once that loving energy is unleashed, the universe takes over.

It is a beautiful thing. It is the HOPE you can see that.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take……

-Meditate

-Journal your gratitude, dreams, loves etc.

-Do something for yourself that feels good.

What made me smile yesterday…….

-It was a lazy day.

-But what an afternoon and night. Bruce and I went to the Kenny Chesney “Goin Coastal” concert. It was just hours and hours of great music and entertainment; Uncle Kracker, Billy Currington, Zac Brown Band, and Kenny Chesney. All went full tilt with high energy. We just loved it.

-Bruce and I have been married a long time. But last night felt like a real date. Fun.

-Who knew we could get in and out of Detroit with relative ease. Easy parking. Easy walk. Easy entry. Who could ask for anything more?
