For your consideration…

Hmmm, perhaps this is a continuation of yesterday….but some practical tips.

We get what we expect and we tend to fall into a pattern where we expect what we always get. So we are reminded today to change it up and expect something different. It doesn’t have to be big things. We can practice on small things. Change up a recipe; add something new or swap an ingredient or two. Take a different route to work. Try a different restaurant. Change your exercise routine. Change your bedtime. Take a random day off. Change the combination of an outfit. Change the day you have set for tasks. Try mini meditations.

Changing things up, even just a little, will open us up to change our expectations.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Change it up. Expect different results.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Great first graders….fabulous writers.

-Little tasks done around the house.

-A fun dinner and auction with DKG. It was a fun gathering. The food was great. The auction was fun.

-An early bedtime and a full night’s sleep…in the middle of the week no less. Ahhh.
