For your consideration….

I love this Saturday morning message and the catchy little tune that goes with it. If you are going to get a song stuck in your head, this is a great one to be there. It is almost impossible not to be happy to its beat.

Like the song says “If you have trouble and worry, you make it double.” I can’t help but feel like this is still part of another message we had earlier in the week. Obviously it wants to be repeated. The energy we put out is what we are attracting back to us.

We have a choice. We always have a choice. We can choose to stew and worry and attract more worry back to us. Or we can choose to be happy with where we are at. We can choose to be comfortable with our faith to know that everything will be alright. We can choose to be happy with that and spread that happiness wherever we go.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Let go of worry and be happy.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A great day with fun and funny high schoolers.

-A good book.

-Lots of writing done.

-Catching up with Lori and Alex.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
