For your consideration….

Most if not all of us have been told that “wishing doesn’t make it so.” Maybe so. But when we wish, we open our energy to the possibility. And if we can capture and hold the “feeling” of what it would be like should our wish come true, we create a space for it. And finally, if we can hold the belief, the knowing, that it or something better will show up…..show up it will.

We have the power to manifest the abundance and change we “wish” for. So wish away. Journal it. Act it out. Play with it. Believe it. Feel it. That is the HOPE.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate for as long as you can. I hope you are being consistent. That is a key part of it.

-Drink lots of water. Again water not only cleanses, it helps with our clarity.

-Get out into nature and notice the gifts that are there for us. Take in some deep breaths. Breath in the freshness of the new. Breath out the old that no longer serves us, releasing it for nature’s healing.

-Play… or not. What would most bring you the happiness you deserve this weekend? Do it. If you can’t do it, rest and dream and meditate about doing it.

-Journal

 

What made me smile yesterday….

-Alex sounding so happy.

-An old friend called me by mistake. I know she could have just smacked herself for the mistake. But you just have to laugh at the Karma.

-A good talk with Diane. That doesn’t happen enough. Note to self. Take care of that.

-Bruce went with me to Sam’s Club to help with the shopping. That almost never happens. So I was grateful.
