For your consideration…
Our message today calls our attention to reflection pools. Reflection pools can reflect the ugly or the beautiful. Reflection pools magnify the reality.
The above reflection reminds us of not only beauty but also that the reflection is, in fact, more than doubling the beauty. The reflection is another gift…reward.
Today we are reminded that we are all reflection pools and asked what do we want to reflect? Do we want to reflect ugliness or beauty? Do we want to reflect pessimism or HOPE? Do we want to reflect love or hate? Do we want to reflect success or failure? Do we want to reflect joy or misery? Etc. Etc. Etc.
We get to choose what we want to reflect. How? We reflect what we surround ourselves with and how we perceive it. We can choose to surround our selves in the ugliness of negativity. Or, we can surround our selves with beautiful people, Mother Earth and all of the opportunities that surround us. We can reflect all that is beautiful.
We are asked to reflect beauty, HOPE and love.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece, by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Be the reflection you want to see.
What made me smile yesterday….
-A wonderful class of young 5’s.
-Catching up with Jackie.
-A late afternoon nap.
-Alex came home.
