For your consideration…

Today’s message reminds us of the power of the word “IF.” Think about it. “IF” is not a verb. It carries no physical action but it does have is an action in our brains.

“IF” is powerful because it helps  us weigh options. It helps us plan. It helps manifest dreams. All of these are valuable life actions.

But….there is always a but to counter balance. But we are reminded that for every moment we spend on “IF” we are not taking physical action. We are not placing any action in motion. We are not what we can accomplish in this moment.

That does not diminish “IF.” No, spending a moment creating future opportunities is extremely valuable. Instead our message cautions us to not spend so much time in the “IF” that we procrastinate or even create inaction.

Like in everything else, we have a choice. We always have a choice. Use “IF” wisely.

That is the HOPE.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…”I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water. It helps rehydrate and cleanse our bodies as well as mental clarity.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Use “IF” wisely.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A day off.

-A manicure and pedicure.

-I thought to myself, I wish there was a small shopvac. I researched on line and sure enough a trip to Walmart got me just what I need.

-A little bit of basement cleanup.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
