For your consideration…

Worry is another one of those words that does not require physical action. It is a verb but it all happens in the mind. It might spur us into action but itself is never the physical action itself.

Today we are reminded that wallowing in worry is bad for us emotionally, physically and spiritually. We are reminded that the value of worry is that it calls our attention to a person, place or thing that may need it. Once we drawn to it, we need to decide on an action or turn it over to our Faith.

We are asked to stop spinning our wheels in worry.

That is the HOPE. And so it is

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Stop worrying.

What made me smile yesterday….

-A rain free day.

-Beautiful little children looking at me.

-AJ’s soccer game….great game…beautiful evening.

-Dinner with Shannon and Stephanie.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
