For your consideration…
“Our soul knows the geography of our destiny….AND the timing.I
Our mind, our ego, can be very harsh on us because it is so judgmental. Our soul knows the truth and is compassionate if we choose to let it take the lead.
Our message today is simply this, “Don’t judge the pace. Rejoice in the results.”
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…”I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Rejoice in what you DO.
What made me smile yesterday…
-Finally, I am able to get back to the gym.
-Shopping done.
-Farm markets. I love this season.
-Catching up with Alex.
