For your consideration…

It seems like our message is a continuation of the messages we have been receiving of late. But then again, I guess they all are.

Today’s message is all about noticing. I don’t know about you but sometimes I seem to notice everything. I can’t escape it. Then there are other times that I am completely oblivious.

Today we are asked to focus on when we do notice. As we often talk about, we are bombarded with information. We can not escape it. Most of it we do not need to know whether it is true or not. It makes it hard to keep ourselves in a good and positive space. Yet, we must.

We are reminded of the perpetual energy and cycles. The energy we put out comes back to us. As we are bombarded with energy, it is important on what we accept and what needs to be rejected because what we accept is what we in turn will return to the Universe.

So the question becomes, “What do we want to send out to the Universe?” Do we want to send out all of the negative crap or do we want to send out the love, HOPE and faith that we want to see. This is where “noticing” is such a valuable tool in our life tool box. The Universe has little delays built-in, like on TV where they need to bleep out bad language.” The Universe has these delays so that we can change things up. We can reverse things. So when we notice the negative and unsettling, we can just as quickly notice the positive, loving, and beautiful.

We are surrounded by beauty. We are surrounded by miracles. We can choose to notice them at any time. We can choose to send their energy out into the Universe. We have the power to choose. We always have a choice. What we choose is what we will in turn return to the Universe. We often wonder or ask, “But what can I do?” Well, here we are. We are empowered to stop the negativity and reject it. We can choose to send out only what is good back into the Universe.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Notice and choose to accept or reject it.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful summer day.

-Lunch with work friends. I am very fortunate to have worked with so many wonderful people.

-A new recipe was great.

-A good book.

-Catching up with Julie.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
