For your consideration…
Our message today is simple. The Universe is in constant communication with us. It surrounds us. It supports us. It is constantly sending us message, talking to us and giving us signs.
The Universe is there for us every step of the way, every moment, 24/7. The Universe does its part. It is up to us to do ours; pay attention, listen, be aware and see and trust.
We are reminded today that we can make our lives a lot easier by making the intention to be on alert to what the Universe puts in front of us. We need to be vigilant for the signs, sounds and feelings that are given to us.
Our relationship with the Universe is a partnership. Our part of the partnership is to pay attention and follow the signs we are given.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm… “I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Be excited. Notice what the Universe puts in front of you today…
What made me smile yesterday…
-Another beautiful day in Annapolis.
-Kelsey and Chris met us for brunch.
-Mac got to see more of The Yard.
-My knee held out. Yikes. Enough of this, I’m off to the doctor this morning.
-A weekend I will never forget with Mac and Shannon.
