For your consideration…

I am blessed because I have deep friendships. Many of my friendships are 30, 40 and 50 plus years old. Deep friendships do not have to be old. We can in fact recognize a kindred spirit and have that deep bond immediately. No matter the age, deep friendships are vital to our health and welfare.

Deep friendships see our real authentic selves and accept us for who we are. That is validation for us. It holds up a mirror for our soul and reminds us that we are ok, we are valued, we are worthwhile, we are important, we are loved….just as we are.

Deep friends listen to our rants and raves as well as our joys and triumphs. They love us even when they do not agree with us or we disappoint them.

Deep friendships keep us from judging ourselves and beating ourselves up because they see our whole authentic self. They see the beauty of our whole being.

Deep friendships are intimate and the love deep. They are invaluable to our physical, mental and soul’s well-being.

We are reminded today to treasure our deep friendships and nurture them. They are indeed a blessing.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Honor your deep friendships.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Crafting done.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
