For your consideration…….
We have another simple message today. But it was given to me very differently. I have been given it over a period of 3 days. That is unusual. I am not sure why. None the less. Here it is.
Fear is a tool in our life tool box. It is an internal alarm activated when someone or thing needs our immediate attention. It is an indicator that a resolution or conclusion is required. It is not meant to be a way or pattern of life.
Fear is not meant to be an excuse, intentional or unintentional, for inaction. Sometimes we seize up, become frozen in place. We let fear tie us up. We feel isolated and disconnected.
When we allow that to happen we close our eyes and hearts to opportunities. The reality is we are connected to everything. A solution is already been in place and is waiting for us to open our eyes and let in the light so we can see it.
The opposite of fear is faith and trust. To move from one to the other requires action. We have to open our eyes and hearts and take a leap of faith. We may be have to step our of our comfort zone. That’s ok. It is called growth.You have no idea where that step will lead you. It may seem scary. But can you accept it is exciting as well?
The world is your playground. Let go of the fear and go play. That is the HOPE.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take….
-Meditate for as long as you can….
-Do dreams ever pop into your head? Journal them. Take a step towards them ie; look them up online, read a book, consult an expert, visit something similar, pencil it out. What would your dream look like? What would it feel like? Put those on a vision board.
-Drink lots of water.
-Have fun.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-Family and friends. What a fun time we had at Jeff and Kerri’s! Everyone visiting, doing their own thing. Just relaxing, laughing and smiling. Too fun!
-Barb’s beautiful cake was delicious too.
