Today’s message is very short and simple. We have been asked to apply our best self to each person and situation we interact with today.
We are being asked to be joyful and playful and bring that joy, in fact, attach that joy to all that we do. No matter the task or play, we are being asked to approach it from our joyful spirit and spread it freely to all we meet and do.
Wow, that works for me. How about you?
If you attack apparent negativity with negativity,
you merely feed and inflame the source.
It’s always best to take the positive in any conflict.
If you genuinely love,
or at least send kind thoughts to a thing,
it will change before your eyes.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate….hopefully with a joyful and grateful heart.
-Take at least 10 deep breaths outdoors. And at any time throughout the day if you feel sad, anxious or angry, take another 2 or 3 and refocus on your blessings.
-Drink lots of water.
-Journal about all that you love today.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-I felt like a machine. Everything I attempted was finished with efficiency. I need to do more of that.
