How fun! Today we are asked to pay attention to those random…come out of no where…ideas. They are Divinely Guided. They are special. Special just for you.
And let us not forget that we can always ask for help 24/7 should we feel like we are stuck and floundering.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Pay attention to those random, out of no where, thoughts.
What made me smile yesterday….
-Another beautiful day in the San Juan Islands.
-Alex and James had lots of family and friends over for brunch. Fun.
-A family reunion in the pm.
-Watching the cousins that rarely get to see one another interact and have fun. We had some very entertaining and competitive badminton.
