For your consideration…
Each of us are born exactly as God intended. We are his masterpiece here for a life purpose he intended.
Today’s message asks us to be “still and notice.” At any given moment…in every given moment… we are exactly where we are supposed to be. We are asked to notice this moment. We were created for it and it was created for us. Be still and notice exactly where we are, what surrounds us, what do we hear, how does it feel, what does it smell like?
Notice your special place in you special moment. Feel your presence and notice that no one else can share this exact spot or fill it for you. Feel the awesomeness of knowing that.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Affirm…“I am loved.””
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Take time to be still and notice.
What made me smile yesterday…
-Waking up in the beautiful San Juan Islands to a gorgeous sunrise.
-Running errand with Alex and getting our nails done.
-Running into Kalie and Kathleen.
-Dinner with Alex and James, Rus and Barb and Daina and Becky.
