For your consideration….
“Each and every one of us has the opportunity in every opportunity to stand tall in their humanity.” That is today’s message word for word as it was given.
No matter what our circumstances are…no matter what experience we are in…we have the opportunity to stand tall in our humanity. We have the opportunity to do what is right even if it means making hard choices to do what is right in the long or short-term. We have the opportunity to make the experience the best it can be. We have the opportunity to love and respect ourselves and whoever else is sharing the experience with us. We have the opportunity to be kind. We have the opportunity to offer HOPE and joy. In short, we have the opportunity to be our best…our authentic self which is the best we can be…what we are sent here to be.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Stand tall in our humanity.
What made me smile yesterday…
-Lots of prepping for the wedding done.
-Lunch with Shannon, AJ and Mackenzie.
-A document problem solved.
-A good book.
