Integrity

For your consideration….

The dictionary tells us that integrity is,; 1. the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness. 2. the state of being whole and undivided.

When we look at those definitions, we can ask ourselves “Where does integrity live within us?” Clearly it is not from the ego. Integrity must come from the soul…from our authentic self. It is important to realize this. Integrity has everything to do with who we are.

When we compromise on our integrity, we lose the trust of others and we destroy a piece of our authentic self. It is easy to compromise our integrity. It is extremely difficult to get it back.

We are reminded to stand firm in our integrity.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breath.

-Live with integrity.

What made me smile yesterday….

-A productive morning.

-Breakfast with Becky.

-A beautiful celebration for the life of John Thomas.

-Catching up with Jackie. So glad her eye surgery went well.
