For your consideration…
If there wasn’t ice everywhere on April 15… If I would have…. If I could…
Our message today is a little tough and firm. It is exactly this, “Do not invest any effort in IF. It is a waste of time.” It is a waste of time because for every “IF” there is a “but then” that starts a vicious endless cycle.
Every moment we waste pondering “IF,” we waste being fully invested in the moment we are in. We waste making this moment all it can be.
We are asked today to let “IF” go and fully invest ourselves in “IT IS.“
That is the HOPE And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Be fully present for this moment that IS.
What made me smile yesterday….
-An easy workout. Why does the same workout seem easy one day and so hard another?
-A good book.
-Bruce got the yard fertilized before the weather hit…yeah.
-Lots of stuff done for Alex’s shower. Whew…
