For your consideration….
Everything has energy. Energy is alive. It can be changed but not destroyed. Our thoughts, our HOPEs, our compassion, love and light are part of our energy. We own the power of our own energy and we can set its intention.
What our message today wants us to remember is that not only is our energy alive, it can be transported. It can be used to help or hurt. Should we choose, we can send the intentions of our energy on “wings” to whom ever, where ever, or on whatever we chose. We do not have to physically be somewhere to bring our light or healing. We can think it, intend it with our whole body, mind and spirit and send it off on angel’s wings.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Affirm…”I am loved.”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Use your energy to do good.
What made me smile yesterday….
-A good early morning set at the gym.
-You know it is a good lunch when the first time you look at your watch 3 1/2 hours have gone by.
-Lunch with Vicki and Julie, lifelong friends.
-A really good nights sleep.
