For your consideration…

“Can the excuses.” Wow, it sounds like a tough message, but it is not.

Think about it. If we are making an excuse, we are making a judgment. It is our ego talking. It is not from love.

We are reminded today that as soon as we are tempted to make an excuse, we can turn to self-love instead. Let go of the excuse and embrace all that we are, all that we are capable of. Excuses erode us and tie us down. Self-love nurtures us, reminds us of possibilities and frees us.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Can the excuses.

What made me smile yesterday….

-A half day of school with terrific 5th graders.

-Successful shopping.

-A good plan set in place for Alex’s shower.

-Finally catching up with Kerri.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
