For your consideraiton….

It is simple or is it? Symantics…words…matter. They matter as much to what they mean to our unconscious self as our conscious one. They matter because we connect to them based on our own personal experiences and how we perceive them.

So, today’s message asks us if we are asking the right questions. Specifically, is our question, “Why should I?” or “Why shouldn’t I?” Do you see the difference? The question is like the, “Is the glass half full or half empty?”

“Why shouldn’t I?” is a question full of HOPE, possibilities and a willingness to consider pursuing them. “Why should I?” is much more pessimistic, it lacks motivation and confidence. “Why should I?” is often looking for a reason to NOT move forward.

Consider, questioning ourselves and looking at the questions we are asking within.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece,  HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Yeah, I am with many of you. I will be glad when the weather is good enough to spend lots of time outdoors.

What made me smile yesterday….

-I had the same kindergartners that I had a week or so ago the kicked my behind. It was funny because they joked about that day. They knew it was nuts.

-So, like they like to do, a couple of them showed me that they had lost a tooth. One of the girls told me she, “Threw it out the window.” “Threw it out the window!” I exclaimed. “Yeah” she said, “That is what Arabic people do>” See, you learn something every day.

-Sunshine and a good recess day.

-A good night for a walk, leftovers, a good book and early bedtime. Wahoo.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
