For your consideration….
Our message today is a simple reminder.
What catches our attention and/or attracts us first is often the biggest, brightest, most colorful, shiniest or most unique. It is natural.
However, that is not always what is the best fit for our situation, moment, job, plan, family, friends etc. Sometimes the brightest is too bright, the biggest too big, the color does not match, the shiniest sticks out like a sore thumb or the most unique clashes. And that is ok. What fits the best, what works for us is perfect.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Affirm…”I am loved.“
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Pick what is the best fit.
What made me smile yesterday….
-A beautiful sunny day with just the right amount of breeze to make it outstanding.
-Talking to Jackie and Alex.
-Sitting in the beach chair reading…..going for a swim….repeat…repeat…repeat.
-A nice long walk.
